Coronavirus COVID 19 Disinfection services

The infectious virus like COVID 19 which cause pandemic propagates from high foot-fall areas such as offices, meeting sites, malls, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.  As the virus can survive several days on a surface, therefore, maintaining high hygiene standards to prevent the spread of infection is very important.

Listed below are the most commonly spread diseases:

  • Coronavirus
  • Influenza
  • E. coli
  • Avian Influenza.
  • Swine flu
  • MRSA
  • Norovirus

Difference between Cleaning, Sanitizing and Disinfection

At our Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon offices we regularly receive queries from household and commercial Disinfection clients whereby they reveal their confusion between Cleaning, Disinfecting and Sanitizing processes and which method is best for containing Coronavirus.

CLEANING removes germs, dirt, and impurities from a surface or an object. Cleaning can be by using any detergents and  This process does not necessarily kill germs but reduces the number of germs and the risk of infection.

Whereas SANITIZATION lowers the number of germs on surfaces or objects to a safe level, as judged by public health standards or requirements DISINFECTION, on the other hand, is an advanced process which kills germs on surfaces or objects. Disinfecting works by using chemical agents to kill germs on surfaces or Air. This process does not essentially clean dirty surfaces or remove germs, but by killing germs on the surface after cleaning, it may further reduce the risk of spreading infections.

What is ULV Cold fogging Disinfection treatment  and how it works

Although manual sanitizing is the best method for handling surface bacteria, undertaking appropriate aerial disinfection is an optimal approach for eliminating infectious airborne contaminants.

Disinfection treatment with ULV cold Fogging method produces very tiny disinfectant droplets (upto 5 microns). These droplets land under,  and on the sides of many items and in inaccessible places that can’t be accessed with traditional methods of manual sanitation.

Studies demonstrate that aerosol treatment dramatically decreases the amount of viable infectious diseases, reducing contamination transmission in the organization’s treated areas. This method of Disinfection produces micro-droplets of disinfectant and biocides that remain suspended in the air for approximately 8-10 minutes after application. Dispersing these microdroplets into the air ensures that the solvent will penetrate locations where traditional cleaning techniques would normally not be able to reach.

The benefits of Disinfection treatment with ULV cold fogging method.

  • Vast areas can be rapidly disinfected, meaning that the premises are ready to be reoccupied faster
  • Minimum interruption to business, in order to reduce downtime.
  • Most appropriate treatment to control and contain outbreaks which require rapid response.
  • Choice of service available from routine to responsive to provide more flexibility to the customer according to their need.
  • The closedown time is just 2 hrs. after the treatment.

In India, the National Center for Disease Control suggests that during pandemic spread like Coronavirus there are various common steps that can be taken by businesses and individual households in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon and other NCR region: increasing the frequency of Aerial Disinfection treatments where the chances of microbial load are higher with Paying special attention to cleaning ‘high-touch’ spots. There are a number of registered disinfection products in India that work against hardier germs as they come under the category of broad-spectrum virucidal. Amongst them, the hospital-grade disinfectants are considered as the most effective one. These formulations are very effective against all pathogens. Formulated with antimicrobial agents they can be used for kitchens, hospitals floors, schools, universities, daycare centres, pharmacy industries and Corporate office setups etc.

“No cleaning and disinfection protocol is perfect”, However by taking the appropriate measures, one can only reduce the probability of Coronavirus spread. , says CDC India. If disinfection Fumigation is combined with manual sanitizing/cleaning of office/residential spaces it can help in reducing the transmission and spread of coronavirus. CDC India highly recommends frequent treatment of “high-touch” surfaces and high “foot-falls” areas like big corporate office with BPO set up. Like any other Virus control, the key to blunting the spread of COVID-19 hinges on frequent disinfection treatments and good hygiene practices.

Secondly, With extremely contagious infections such as COVID-19 and norovirus, speed is utmost important. Therefore adopting fast ULV cold fogging and disinfection stops the spread quickly. The same way as pathogenic microbes do, the Coronavirus disinfectant micro-droplets also settle on top and sides of surfaces.

Warehouse Pest Control

Working in a new print warehouse in IMT Manesar, one of the warehouse deputy manager and his co-workers were baffled by what they assumed were droppings from an insect or spider. They were furthermore surprised as none of their company’s other warehouses in Delhi, Noida and Greater Noida had this type of  Pest problem. These dark and watery droppings(quite repulsive) were everywhere around the indoor news print material and their stacks and other raw materials. They would also find them around the stacks of wooden and plastic pallets which shipped finished goods on. They would clean them one day, more would appear the next morning.

It was only while working during night shift  did they realise what these droppings were. They  realised that the mysterious droppings were of Bats and that they needed warehouse pest control experts to bring the population of insects down so that the bats would hunt somewhere else.

Discovering a pest Problem in Warehouse

Pests are responsible for not only spreading the diseases that can make employees sick but can render warehouses environment unsafe to work in. Even if no product contamination takes place, pests are bad for employee morale as well .Working staff may take more time just to make sure that nothing comes leaping out at their face. Having associated and having served hundreds of  accounts in entire Delhi NCR area over last 30 years we have realised that the presence of typical stored products pests like rodents, roaches and ants in the warehouse can easily be determined by looking for the following tell tale symptoms:

  • Chew/Cut Marks: Rats and mice constantly nibble. Shredded cardboard and gnawed wood or wiring can be signs of rodent activity in your Godown. Cockroaches in search of food can also chew on cardboard or paper or other packing material.
  • Unusual Odour: Often, Pest/insects infestation of a building is accompanied by a distinctive and unusual odour in a warehouse should always be investigated to determine the cause.
  • Tracks: One of the signs of rodent activity in a warehouse is visible grease tracks, especially in places where they should not be.
  • Droppings: Rodents and Roaches both leave behind droppings in the form of small dark grains. These droppings are potential hazard and can spread bacteria and viruses which are not only a hazard to your products, but also to your employees.
  • Mud shelter tubes: Another common Warehouse Pest is sub terranean termites, which can cause considerable loss to the commodity within a short span of time. Pencil size mud shelter tubes on walls which appear in zig zag fashion are a clear symptom of termite infestation in your warehouse. Any commodity which is subjected to long-term storage and less likely to move is more susceptible to TERMITE infestations.

If you discover any of these signs in warehouse you should be prompt to make a call to Warehouse Pest Control Company in Delhi and NCR area. Apart from these roaches and rodents which are easy to identify, there are  several other types of pests which are relatively unique to warehouses and can go unreported  before a considerable damage is caused.

Identifying Pest infestations that Are Unique to Warehouses

What stands out about the incident with the Bats infestation and their droppings in that Gurgaon Warehouse is that it went unnoticed for so long. The same is often the case with other less known warehouse pests that aren’t typically seen in private homes.  No one at the warehouse was familiar about  bats and as a result, the only indicator of a pest problem on-site went unnoticed for a very long period.

Common Warehouse Pests in India

  • Common Warehouse Beetles:Another common but less known warehouse pests which are found in Delhi Noida Ghaziabad ,Gurgaon and other parts of India are: Cigarette beetles, Drugstore Beetles, Flour Beetles, and the appropriately named Warehouse Beetle. These beetles  can infest and damage dry foods like nuts, flour, barley, cereal, and pet food, if left unchecked. As they are not easily identified they may not trigger any alarm bells.
  • Spider Beetles:Spider beetles are the insect pests that feed not only on human foods, but also on the faecal matter  of other pests and mammals, which directly means that they can pick up  E.coliListeria, and other harmful bacterium , and can contaminate the human food. Their name is derived from their distinctive round body and long legs, and they are often confused with a small spider.
  • Rice and other stored grain Weevils: Weevils are small beetles that eat a variety of crops and lay their eggs in the core of the seed, making them an important agricultural pest which gets transferred to warehouse while storage. They can be identified by their snout-like head shape. While they’re harmless to humans but they can cause a great deal of damage to stored grains and as such they are considered as an exotic quarantine pest in many countries.
  • Indian meal Moths: There is another dark brown insect, the Indian meal moth which is one of the most common stored-food pests in India. The larval form of the insect does all of the damage and attacks pet food, bread, pasta, flour, seed kernels and vide variety of other foods. It can also considered as tough pest as it can chew through packaging to get at the food.

The basic problem with the above mentioned common warehouse pests is that none of them is  instantly recognisable to the average warehouse worker. As a result they are often able to establish themselves in a warehouse without getting noticed and  until the infestation has caused a considerable damage to the human health or property. Once the infestation has become established, the best option is to contact a Professional Warehouse Pest control services company. But mind it that though the Bringing in a Warehouse Pest Control Specialist is a time-consuming and an expensive option but it is unavoidable for smooth warehouse operations. It’s also an expense which if avoided can lead to consumer complaints, load rejections, and even costly recalls of contaminated goods.

Prevention is the Best form of Warehouse Pest Management

Although there is no foolproof way of preventing pest infestations from entering the warehouse, but good upkeep and sanitation practices reduces the ways that rats, mice, roaches, birds, and other pests can get in. Some basic precautions include:

1). It is seen that most of the Warehouses in Delhi Ncr region have Asbestos or metal roof. Therefore ensuring that the roof is tightly sealed and leak-proof, doors/roll on shutters close fully and tightly, and that any windows are also well sealed and meshed.

2). Doing routine maintenance of plumbing and air conditioning to prevent leaks and other sources of dampness, which keep pests from having a convenient supply of water makes it more difficult for them to breed

3). Cleaning your warehouse of any spilled food products and employee food waste should be allowed only in designated areas . It is equally important to ensure that residue and garbage is removed from these areas after each meal.

These basic procedures are all part of keeping a warehouse clean. And while they will help keep pests from entering the Warehouse, they won’t cordon off a warehouse’s biggest vulnerability: constant flow of shipments entering the building. If a pallet loaded with packaged foods arrives in warehouse , bringing the pests along with their food supply, then there is every chance of them establishing in the warehouse in spite of all your efforts to keep them out.

Plastic shipping pallets have far lesser crevices that insects can use as hideouts than wooden pallets do. Plastic pallets don’t allow pathway to pests from using this route into your warehouse. Plastic is also nonabsorbent, and a plastic pallet is less likely to give pests a moisture source that they can use to survive. Last but not the least it’s possible to wash and Sanitise plastic pallets, which facilitates the control of insect pests in warehouse. All of these features and practices give plastic pallets a clear advantage in preventing the cross-infestations of pests between the warehouses, which in turn saves your Total Cost of Business (TCOB).

Pest Control in Warehouses

  • Warehouse Pest control is an integral part of routine maintenance procedures and is utmost essential to clear business audits for licensing and necessary accreditations . Pest control can be especially challenging in warehouses. Large buildings, like warehouses, offer plenty of spaces for pests to live, breed and hide. Cracks, crevices , dark and dingy corners offer conducive environment for pest infestations. Besides being unsightly and unsanitary, these pests also damage products, equipment, electrical wiring and building structures.  It’s almost impossible to monitor every nook and corner of a big warehouse facility without professional assistance. Pest control specialists are trained and very well know where pest hide outs are likely to be and how to address them, as well as how to help warehouse staff in spotting pest infestation signs and adopt prevention techniques. Various Pest control packages for Warehouses offered  under pest management program include:
  • General Disinfestation treatment against Common crawling pests like Roaches, Ants, spiders etc.
  • Treatment against stored commodity products like meal moths, rice weevils, Cigarette/Tobacco beetle etc.
  • Fumigation treatment against wood and paper packaging pests like termites, Wood worms, Powder post beetles and silver fish etc.
  • Rat/Rodent control treatment against rats, mice, moles and other rodents etc.
  • Bird control treatment against Bats and Pigeons etc.

The methodology and treatment procedures could be standard or customised according to the pest problem being faced. Some of the common techniques adopted for Warehouse Pest Control are in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad are:

  • Spray and mist blowing treatment for common crawling pests like roaches, spider and ants.
  • Specialised Fumigation and prophylactic treatment against stored commodity pests like weevils and moths etc.
  • Injection and surface spray treatment against wood and paper pests like termites, borers etc.
  • Baiting trapping and gassing treatments against rodents etc.
  • Pheromone applications against pest detection and monitoring.
  • Anti larval sprays and Cold/Thermal fogging treatments against flying inspects like mosquitoes/flies etc.
  • Nets and spikes installation against Birds.

Risks of not having a pest control in Warehouse

The risks posed by pests to your Warehousing business include:

  • The spread of disease and infections.
  • Damage to property and it’s structure.
  • Product Contamination.
  • Poor staff morale and relations.
  • loss of reputation and a building of negative public opinion.
  • Prosecution, Product recalls and even closure of your business.

Warehouse Audits

Stringent Warehouse audits is one of reason why businesses put a premium to Warehouse Pest Control costs. A single spotting of any pest in a warehouse during an audit can mean a lot of damage to the company financially and reputation wise . Auditors in India are very particular about cleanliness and safety of storage facilities. Staying compliant with prescribed protocols is a priority for warehouse managers and owners, but it’s not always easy. Food and perishable pose additional complexities. Such huge attention to the sanitary of the warehouse is due to the fact that business products, usually food are stored here after manufacturing and prior to distribution. There is no need to mention the final goods stored in this warehouses or susceptible to a irreparable damage most notably  infestation and contamination.

According to audit guidelines Pests in Warehouses are strong negative indicators of a company’s negligence to follow proper sanitation procedures. Professional Warehouse Pest control companies offer customised Pest Control solutions, such qualified pest control professionals can help warehouse managers taking decisions with regard to protecting packaging, product quality and sanitary conditions as well as help meet certain audit and regulatory requirements. So, if Warehouse management authorities hire a professional Pest control vendor , basically they partner with helpful resource that they may not have considered. A knowledgeable, professional pest control partner can help with some key warehouse management protocols, such as those relating to quality control, inventory control , cleanliness & Hygiene.

Reporting/Recording and Documentation

The most crucial step is installing a process of compliances and documents. One should keep a log for these reasons:

  • Documenting insect sightings and interceptions.
  • To monitor your pest control efforts, ensuring that they are safe and effective.
  • To highlight any observation recommendations thereof around pest control.
  • To demonstrate to the Auditors and regulating bodies that you have complied with legislation
  • Log every activity as evidence of compliance to any third party auditors who may inspect your premises.

Which is the best season of the year to start cockroach control?

Cockroaches are among the most common pests in many residential and commercial buildings. They are nocturnal in nature and at night they search for food in kitchens, food storage places, trash bins, drains and sewers. They are dirtiest pests because of their filthy habits and bad smell. Many people may become allergic to cockroaches after frequent exposure. Cockroaches can sometimes play a role as carriers of intestinal diseases, such as diarrhoea, dysentery, typhoid fever and cholera.

Cockroach is afraid of cold: in winter, cockroach hides in the refrigerator, the radiator, the electric oven and around other heating electric appliance. The cockroaches’ activity space is small, the movement is slower, the eliminating action is easier to be carried out.

Get better result with half of effort: after making sure where is the cockroach nest then apply the cockroach gel bait, you will have the opportunity to eliminate the cockroaches nest in one time and get better result with half of effort!

Better control: cockroach breeding is relatively slow in the winter, but proper control now could be a powerful deterrent to a major outbreak in next summer. Effective control is easier in cold climates (where cockroach populations cannot survive outdoors in winter) than in humid and warm areas.

Which places for cockroach control should be focused on in winter?

Clean sanitation is the first step on cockroach control. German cockroach like warm, dark and humid environment, especially all kinds of corner crack. Cockroach has very big demand for water, without water, adult cockroach will die in two weeks. In addition to  clean up, home owners should also pay close attention to the water heat source and near the food source. In addition, such as wet place, hole, crack, warm place, slot, outlet are also important areas.

(Tips: At the place of cockroach control, you can use cockroach gel bait in the following key places!)

  • Around warm drains in the kitchen/bathroom:
  • Below the coffee machine/juice machine/kettle stand, etc.
  • Gap of radiator
  • Surrounding of electric oven, stove and other heating appliances:
  • The seal on the refrigerator can also be a high-risk area for cockroaches
  • Food storage
  • Around bins with heavy food spoilage
  • Below and between microwave equipment, etc.
  • Joints for crevices of wall brick ceiling and wood supplies
  • Gaps and gaps in obsolete equipment and devices

How to identify Fungus infected Walls Wood and other surfaces

The mushroom-like structures that appear on wood and wall surface are signs of Fungal, Mold/ Mildew attacks that can be quite repulsive, and in some cases known to cause serious respiratory disorders. Similarly, your pets may also get infected by the Mold/Fungus and can experience serious breathing complications. This costs you so much unnecessary money for treatment and medications. This kind of Fungal outgrowth is becoming a sporadic feature in urban constructions these days. Though there could be several reasons for its presence and one may have to get details of the interior works of the affected region from the homeowner. It is noticed that one common misadventure during interiors is the completion of structural plaster / POP or cladding on damp/moist surfaces by contractors without allowing it to thoroughly drying up or lack of curing period. It can be identified from the colour range from brown to black with multiple strains. This gets harder with seasoning.  The particles on drying may disperse in air and gives lifetime asthma through a respiratory tracheal infusion.

Firstly it is important to identify sources of water leakage or dampness as fungus are known to thrive upon moisture. If this is the case, even after eliminating the surface fungal outgrowth, if the affected area is not suitably dried up, there may be a chance of reoccurrence. This costs you unnecessary money because you will be required to keep repairing and painting the walls. Once the cause of dampness is fixed and surface dried up, then hire a professional Antifungal treatment company to access and undertake extensive Mold/mildew treatment for Walls, Ceiling and  wood and other porous and non-porous surfaces. Our Anti-Fungal/Mold/Mildew treatment is designed to treat infestations in areas such as homes, office cabins, Basements, upholstery, leather seats, walls and wooden surfaces etc. We have introduced in Delhi Gurgaon and NCR the most effective method to eradicate fungal growth through special fungicidal formulations which eradicate mold/mildew infestation from it’s root source. These Anti termite treatment packages are of two types i) Preventive AND ii) Curative type.

Musty Smell :- Whether the Mold growth is visible or not, if at all it is present is your home ,you’ll likely still be able to smell the mold. Mold gives off a musty odor. It is similar to an earthy smell that you would find in a damp Basement. If you get down and smell the electrical outlets, then you will be able to more easily sniff out whether there is mold growth behind your walls. Electrical sockets and outlets have good access to the space behind the walls in your home.

Can I get rid of black mold myself?

Black mold is dangerous, so extra precautions must be taken when cleaning it out. Increased exposure to the mold without proper protective equipment can cause further damage to you. Additionally, if the mold is not cleaned properly with the right materials and precautions, it can linger and persist. If black mold remains in the home, you and your family will continue to be exposed and could eventually experience severe symptoms.

How Effective is Bleach

While the toxic nature of bleach kills the Mold on non-porous surfaces, it can’t do a good job on the surfaces that are even a little porous like concrete/wood. It is because all molds send root-like structures called “Hyphae” into the porous surface to gather the nutrients and the surface tension prevents traditional bleach & water solution from penetrating deeply enough into wood or concrete to kill these roots. This is one place where Third generation broad spectrum fungicide technologies are better than bleach solution for breaking the mold cycle.

if you see evidence of it behind your walls or anywhere else in your home, it’s best to consult a mold remediation company like Capital Pest Control (India) in Delhi NCR region. We will thoroughly tend to the contain the mold, prevent further damage and spreading, and even treat your home in a manner that prevents mold from returning.

Our package also offers Antimicrobial aerial sterilisation to ensure that any residual spores are destroyed. For further details and Anti-fungal treatment and cost please contact us at 9810087539 or just log in at www.cpcindia.in. We also undertake Anti microbial disinfection treatment of residential and commercial buildings against Coronavirus and other viral diseases. As the saying goes- “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, CPC (India) has created its position in the commercial industry for thirty years. Experience is an insignia of excellence, and the number of years that we have spent under the rain and sun reveal our journey and hard work.

Now, the question is irrespective of our experiences and expertise, what else are there that make most homeowners in South Delhi and its environs choose our service ? So, here are the answers.

  1. We Care About the Community

Being a part of South Delhi, we know the place very well. This is our locality and all the homeowners of New Friends Colony, Greater Kailash, Malviya Nagar, Saket, Okhla, Sarvodaya, Enclave, Hauz Khas, Ishwar Nagar, NehruPark, Shanti Niketan, Vasant Vihar Okhla, etc. are our neighbourhood. Therefore, we make efforts to render the best termite control services South Delhi and its surrounding areas. We don’t want our neighbours to be dealing with the creepy termites or the dangerous pests/rodents. Our clients become our family and we value our relationship. We have all respect for the community we serve.

Get the Pet-Friendly Pest Control Services
You probably call the best of the best pest control when your home has invaded by termites, ants, voles, spiders, mice and other rodents. Most of the time people forget to protect their pets when getting busy in the pest extermination. Homeowners shift shelves, cupboards, from rooms, pull out the wooden furniture, but forget to shift their loveable furry friends to a safer place. Therefore, here are some tips that make your pets safe from pest control service.

1. Tell The Team About Your Pets
If you have pets at home dealing with the pest control could be a daunting task, especially when you find out a sudden termite or other pest infestation. We, the professional pest controllers in the NCR region hardly forget about the pets. Fortunately, most of the time, the exterminators ask the homeowners about the pets, and their applied methods are safe for the pets. However, by any chance your hired team forgets to ask about your pets, let them know immediately.

2. Hold Your Pets Well

Pets are like children. They become curious about the arrival of people, a new sound or strange smell. They may try to get closer to the pest controllers, or the place where it happens. However, you must make sure that those pets are far off the place. If possible you can leave your four-legged friend to your neighbour or in a pet care or kennel. If nothing is available, you can keep them in the garage, or basement temporary. On the other hand, on hiring a professional pest control company in Delhi Noida Gurgaon you ensure that the job is done professionally as they are trained in pet care during Pest Control operations . With the latest developments in Herbal Pesticides industry you may also get Herbal Pest control services done if pets safety is one of your primary concern.

3. Special Care Of Feathery Friends

Be more careful if you have pets other than dogs, cats or any four-legged animal. A lot of people are there in Delhi Noida and Gurgaon who love to cherish to have exotic pets like birds, aquatic animal (aquarium fish), and reptiles. In that case, they must be prepared before the pest controllers come to their homes. Cover up the cage, aquarium, or the tank where the pets are kept. It may prevent them any overspray of the pesticide. It also prevents them anxiety due to pest control activity around them. Be more careful if you have birds; they are more delicate than you think. Depending on the species of the bird, you can call the veterinarians for more advice. Many birds have a sensitive respiratory system, and they may feel suffocated with the pesticide.
In any doubt, you can ask the professional team of pest control in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, they will let you know where to keep the pets during the pest control program.

How Often You Need a Pest Control Program in Your Home?

Pests are the most devastating creatures that most homeowners or business owners have experienced. Believe it or not, termites and bugs are subject of concern. However, it is vital to choose the proper time to get a termite inspection done in your place; else it becomes impossible to find those hidden creeps while they cause colossal loss.

Most of the pest control companies in Delhi NCR region admit that often they are asked how often should pest control be done. Well, pest infestation could take place any time of the season. However, treatment at the right time brings you the best effect. Pests are there in your home or office all over the year. For example in Delhi, Gurgaon Noida homeowners complain of one Pest infestation or the other. Winters is the time for Rat/Rodents infestation, comes spring and the mosquito breeding season picks up. During peak, dry months of summer cockroaches and ants populations start growing up. Rainy season brings with it termites and wood borers problem. Post monsoon again is the ideal time for mosquito breeding which spreads Dengue and Chikungunya. The most important part is to know the active periods of different pests. Let’s see, what the experts say about the best time for Pest control treatment in your place.

How to Decide upon Right Time to Have a Pest Control?

Maintaining the pest control treatment frequency is an utmost need to make the home pest free. It has been observed that some homeowners are there who are too conscious about the pest control program and some are there who are indifferent in having a pest control. They hardly had a pest control program every year.

Therefore, here are the experts who tell you about pest control periodicity. One must call the experts depending upon the surroundings and the position of the home. For instance, if there is any termite infestation at a property which is built on rocky soil, it is okay to have a pest control program once in a year. On the contrary, if your home is situated in a moist area, chances are the home is the most favourite place for the termites. In that case, the experts suggest calling the pest exterminator at least thrice in a year.

In case, you are dealing with rats in your home or restaurant/commercial kitchen, the experts have some good suggestions. Rats are attracted to a dirty kitchen. Therefore, the experts ask you to avoid clutter in the kitchen. Leaving the leftover food on the sink can create a gurgle sink. On the flip side, the rats may cut the sink outlets (if made of plastic) in search of food. Using rat repellants is the most common solution that most home and restaurant owners use for a quick solution. However, it may bring some big trouble sometime. It needs a thorough inspection if you can see too many rats in your property.

What is the Right Time to Have a Pest Control Program?

The experts have cleared out the fact that to get rid of the pest altogether, one must start the projects in the time when the pests are in the inactive position. Colder months are the dormant period of termites and the other pests.  Therefore in India, November to January is the best time to get rid of the pests because once the warmth in weather sets in it become difficult to contain pest menace to the fullest extent. However, it is always advisable to maintain the pest control frequency.

Bottom Line:

Don’t overthink about the pests. Make sure that you are with the right team on the right time to tear down the pest infestation. 4 Facts your Termite Pest Control Company won’t Tell You.

Termites the Most risky pest.

Termites are the creepiest creatures of the world, and the termite damages are the worst nightmare of the homeowners. Yes!!! They are the signs of danger and calling the pest controllers is the best way out indeed. There are more things that your exterminators won’t tell you about the pests. Let’s see, what are those prime factors that you must know about the termites before calling the Termite treatment professionals in Delhi.

1. Termites Can Be Anywhere, Anytime

You probably know that wet and moist place is the abode of termites. Therefore, people who live in the 3rd or 4th floor feel themselves very safe. Most of the exterminators do not disclose that termites can exist in any isolated place in your house. And, the best way to get rid of those hidden creatures is to contact any right termite control company in Delhi. The team of termite treatment experts will surely let you know the hidden termite colonies.

2. You Can’t Find the Termites in Kitchen

Termites are very shy creatures. Therefore, it is hard to get them on open sunlight. Termite control experts in Delhi know that leftover food or the clutter in the kitchen will not attract the termite colony. On the other hand, the moist and damp parts of your house are the core place for termite infestation. You must beware of the clogged drain, leaky pipes or any other moist places in your home. Termites love wet places, and usually, termite colonies are found hidden in those places.

3. Second-Hand Furniture can be the Home for the Termites

Termites love to eat timber. It doesn’t mean that you have to say goodbye to all your wooden furniture. On Getting in touch with any  right termite control services company in Delhi you will find that the professionals pay more attention to the furniture, especially old furniture. Not all exterminators will tell you that a colony of termites can come to your house with the second-hand furniture. It doesn’t mean that you do not keep the antique chairs or the grandfather clock in your home. However it is a hard fact that  professional companies for termite control in Delhi have encountered severe termite infestations in the second-hand and age-old furniture, antiques and other wooden articles in your house.

4. The Chemicals Will Clobber Both the Termite and You

Most of the professionals will not tell you that the chemicals that are used as pesticide are harmful to both termites and the homeowners. It has been seen that on geeting the termite treatment done , the homeowners suffered from respiratory problems or vomiting, diarrhoea etc. On the contrary, a professional Termite pest control company in Delhi will ask you to leave the place for a while because of the toxic effect of the chemical. Also, don’t leave your pet inside the house when the experts are busy in Termite extermination.

Wrapping Up

The exterminators won’t tell some truth about pest infestation because every company has some hidden policies to follow. On the flip side, with the right team of professionals who is keen about their clients’ health and efficient service, you will get the most effective service that is preferable to your health as well as your pocket. Herbal termite control using natural and herbal compounds

We undertake Herbal Termite treatments in Delhi , Noida, Gurgaon and NCR region , using naturally occurring compounds like Metarhizium anisopliae. This is a biological insecticide based on a selected strain of naturally-occurring entomopathogenic soil fungus Metarhizium anisopliae that infects and kills subterranean termite and other soil nesting pests. It contains spores of Metarhizium anisopliae .

It is formulated as Powder and the best part is that this natural occurring compound is registered by Indian Pesticides Regulatory Authority – Central Insecticides Board (CIB) Govt of India. The conidial spores present in this compound get attached to the body of termites by entering through its spiracles and pores present on its sense organs and start germinating. In the initial phase the fungus derives nutrition from the lipids in the cuticle. The fungus produces a swelling effect in the body of host termites, which marks the start of the invasion of the insect body. This swelling affect produces a penetration peg that enters the external skeleton of the host. The mycelia present in the compound produce secondary metabolites that help the fungus overcome the host defences. Finally, fungus breaks out of insects cuticle and starts sporulating making the insect appear fuzzy and seem to be enveloped by white hair-like structure. This naturally occurring compound infects the insect on contact and does not need to be consumed by the host to cause infection. Metarhizium anisopliae establishes Infection in termites between 24 to 48 hours.

Normal chemical termiticides when drenched on soil, enter mostly vertically down in the soil and partially horizontally. Only the termites coming in direct contact with the chemical termiticide get killed without affecting the large travelling colony and queen who remain safe in their soil haven. Whereas this Bio Termiticide having Horizontal Transfer Effect starts multiplying horizontally also, due to availability of moisture and target pests. Termites being social insects, have a unique pattern of movement in colonies and finally all workers reach the termitarium where the Queen resides. This bio termiticide being a microbial product starts pathogenising the workers and as they move in colonies and groom each other, the spores get transferred from one worker to another and thus the spores finally reach the Queen also. The queen can produce as many workers by parthenogenesis and hence only killing the workers is not sufficient.

It is important that the spores reach and infect the queen in the termatorium. Thus the entire colony of termites get pathogenised and eventually eliminated.
